PARC New York is a development and construction firm in Tribeca. Its principals, Angelo Cosentini and Paul Reehling, have spent their careers building New York, from ground-up towers to some of its most carefully finished spaces, since 1990. They take on the projects this city makes difficult and deliver them to one standard, whatever the scale.
