Paul Reehling is a Co-Founder and Principal of PARC New York LLC, a Tribeca-based construction and real estate development firm. He has over twenty years of experience in New York City construction and development and has completed more than 100 projects, spanning ground-up new construction, gut renovation, complex enlargements, and owner’s representative CofO consultation.

Mr. Reehling runs PARC’s construction operations and manages every project from preconstruction through closeout, and he owns the technical and regulatory path each one has to clear. His range in Manhattan and Brooklyn is unusually wide: ground-up buildings carried from subgrade investigation through superstructure to certificate of occupancy, high-end residential interiors, restaurants, facade and building envelopes, office and large-scale retail, and structurally complex enlargements that have to be precisely sequenced. He holds finishes to an uncompromising standard and expects the details to be executed with precision.

His father always told him to work with people he likes. It took years to understand how much that advice was worth. The business is relationship driven, reputation is the only asset that compounds, and both come down to who is in the room.

Mr. Reehling attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated in 2006 with honors.

Angelo Cosentini is a Co-Founder and Principal of PARC New York LLC and has developed real estate in New York City since 1990. Over more than thirty-six years he has sponsored new buildings and major renovations across residential, commercial and mixed-use asset classes, and has built a deep network of lenders, attorneys, brokers and professionals, many of whom the firm still works with today.

Mr. Cosentini sponsors PARC’s development projects and directs their finances. He assembles the capital stack for each one, structures the partnerships and financing, and oversees the development from acquisition through sale, working alongside Mr. Reehling.

He has an exceptional sense for where things are heading, in the market and within a project, and his experience and discipline in managing risk are a large part of what defines the firm. He places a high value on relationships, and many of PARC’s partners, lenders and consultants have worked with him for decades. Born in Canada to an Italian family and a New Yorker for almost four decades, he holds his life to the same standard as his work: he cooks and eats with considered intention, listens to music the same way, and has an exacting eye for style. He believes in relentless decency.
