Mixed-use building, 180 apartments, ground-up development

A ground-up mixed-use building in Downtown Brooklyn, co-developed by Angelo Cosentini and Paul Reehling with Delshah Capital. The tower holds 180 apartments above ground-floor retail, and is clad in large metal panels with a pearlescent finish that shifts with the light through the day.
