Restaurant, gut renovation

A gut renovation of a Bowery storefront into a restaurant and wine bar. The old brick shell was stripped back and left exposed, with new steel, a book-matched marble bar, plaster-lined banquettes, and an open kitchen set into the room. Everything mechanical runs overhead in the open, so the dining room reads as one continuous space from the front windows to the pass.
