A new seven-story condominium on a double lot in Chelsea, built between a row of nineteenth-century townhouses and tenements. The grey brick facade is organized as a grid of deep-set steel windows, with a blackened entry base and a setback penthouse above. Inside, the apartments pair blackened oak millwork and Carrara marble with wide-plank white oak floors and full-height glazing to the rear gardens.
